One-to-one support including: an onboarding call; a full CV rebuild, with versions adapted to the targeted operator types; a LinkedIn profile session; a CV & LinkedIn final review; six (6) one-to-one coaching calls (pitch, mock interview and correction, operational assessment with menu draft and catering order, live scenarios, final mock interview, final review); review of a video presentation; written feedback within 24 hours of each session; targeted applications to operators from Gate 33's network where there is a genuine fit; WhatsApp support until the end date of the programme; a Graduation Pack of practical tools delivered at the final session. Does not include coaching calls, a LinkedIn session, operator network access or applications.
2.6 B2B services (consulting for operators) are subject to a separate quote and specific terms.
VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). All prices are in euros. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.
3. Order and enrolment
3-Day Online Training (private individuals paying for their own training): enrolment is made through the reservation form. A professional training contract (Articles L6353-3 to L6353-7 of the French Labour Code) is then sent to the Client for signature. Enrolment becomes final once the contract is signed. Payment is requested only after the end of the 10-day withdrawal period (section 6).
Mentorship, CV & Positioning and The Complete Path: enrolment is completed online through Stripe Checkout.
The Client shall provide accurate contact information; NPDS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an enrollment in case of manifestly incorrect information, payment issue, or if the Client's profile does not match the training scope (Client will be informed and refunded in the latter case).
4. Payment
Payment is made through Stripe: in full by card, or in instalments through PayPal (4, 6, 12 or 24 payments) or Klarna (3 payments), subject to the approval and terms of the instalment provider. The instalment agreement is between the Client and PayPal or Klarna; cancelling a Gate 33 service does not automatically stop instalments already owed to them, except where a refund is due under these Terms. For the 3-Day Online Training, the payment link is sent from the 11th day after the training contract is signed, and payment must be received before the first day of training. NPDS never stores card data.
5. Delivery
The 3-Day Online Training is delivered live by video conference. The connection link is sent by email at least 48 hours before the start. No course materials are sent before, during or after the training, and sessions are not recorded: all content is Gate 33's proprietary content delivered live only. The Client must have a stable internet connection, a laptop or tablet with camera and microphone, and a quiet, private space. Participants may not record, screenshot, film or share any part of the sessions.
The Mentorship Programme starts after payment, on dates agreed by email. Sessions take place on Google Meet and are scheduled taking into account the trainer's flight roster.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 3-Day Online Training. The Client may withdraw within 10 days of signing the training contract, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the address stated in the contract (Article L6353-5 of the Labour Code). No payment is collected before the end of this period. Where the contract is concluded at a distance, the 14-day withdrawal period of the French Consumer Code also applies; the longer period prevails, and withdrawal within it may also be notified by email to nicolas@gate33.co or with the withdrawal form at /legal/withdrawal-form.
6.2 Mentorship, CV & Positioning and other services. In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumer Clients may withdraw within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason, by email to nicolas@gate33.co or with the withdrawal form at /legal/withdrawal-form.
Early start: if the Client expressly requests that the service begin before the end of the 14-day period, the Client acknowledges that (a) if they withdraw after the service has started, they must pay an amount proportional to the service provided up to the date of withdrawal (Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code); (b) once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost (Article L221-28 1°).
6.3 Refunds are made using the same means of payment as the original transaction, within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling by the Client
3-Day Online Training: after the withdrawal period, the Client may move to a later cohort at no charge, subject to availability, if the request is made at least 7 calendar days before the start. Cancellations less than 7 days before the start are not refunded, but the Client may request one rescheduling to a cohort within 12 months. A Client who does not attend without prior notice is not refunded and is not automatically offered a new cohort. Abandonment during the training does not give rise to a refund, except in case of duly established force majeure, in which case only the training actually delivered is due, pro rata (Article L6353-7 of the Labour Code).
Mentorship: after the withdrawal period, the Mentorship is not refundable, except in case of duly established force majeure, in which case only the services actually provided are due, pro rata. Coaching calls must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance; a call cancelled with less notice, or missed, is considered delivered. The programme runs for 3 months from the date of payment; calls not used within this period expire and are not refunded.
8. Cancellation by Gate 33
NPDS may cancel or reschedule a cohort or a session in case of force majeure, if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or if the trainer is unavailable due to his flight duty schedule. The Client is then offered a new date, or a full refund of any session not delivered, at their choice.
9. Mentorship — specific terms
a) Applications on the Client's behalf. The Client authorises Gate 33 to prepare and send job applications on their behalf from a dedicated email address created together with the Client. The Client confirms that all information supplied (experience, licences, documents) is accurate. The Client alone decides whether to accept any interview, offer or employment contract.
b) Obligation of means. Gate 33 commits to providing the services described with care and professional expertise. Hiring decisions belong exclusively to operators; Gate 33 does not guarantee an interview, a job offer or employment.
c) Confidentiality. The operator list, contacts, templates and strategies shared during the Mentorship are confidential and for the Client's personal use only. They may not be shared, resold or published.
d) Termination for misconduct. Gate 33 may end the Mentorship without refund if the Client misrepresents their experience to an operator, misuses an introduction, or behaves abusively.
e) Recording. Mentorship calls may be recorded for note-taking and follow-up purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Client may ask for a call not to be recorded.
10. Intellectual property
All training content, slides, videos, exercises and documents shown during the sessions remain the exclusive property of NPDS. They are for the Client's personal, non-commercial use only. Any recording, copy, resale, redistribution, publication or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of liability
NPDS's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the price paid by the Client for the service concerned. NPDS is not liable for hiring decisions made by operators or for the terms of any employment contract signed by the Client.
12. Personal data
NPDS processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment data is processed by Stripe, PayPal and Klarna.
13. Consumer mediation
In case of dispute, the Client is invited to first send a written complaint to nicolas@gate33.co so that an amicable solution can be found. In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumer Clients may then refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator whose details will be published here.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable resolution before initiating any legal action. Failing amicable resolution and without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rules protecting consumers, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of French Courts (Paris).
15. Language
These Terms are written in English. In case of discrepancy with any translation, the English version prevails, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
