Become the candidate operators actually hire.
3 live online days with a working corporate flight attendant. An operational training — because 80% of the job is operations, not service. Built for commercial crew, hospitality professionals and career changers.

You are not alone — this is exactly the room this training was built for.
Airline background, ready to leave the roster life.
Hotels, fine dining, private households, yachts.
Service background, no aviation — but the right instinct.
- You apply and never hear back.
- You don't know what operators actually screen for.
- Your CV says “VIP service” but it isn’t landing interviews.
- You’ve been told to "get experience" without being told how.
That was me, 120 applications ago.
Gate 33 is not a traditional cabin crew school.
It is a live, three-day operational training built and delivered by a working corporate flight attendant. Because 80% of this job is operations, not service: catering sourcing, provisioning, sequence design, cabin safety, and the single-attendant discipline that defines business aviation.
You already have the service instinct. What operators actually screen for is whether you can run a flight solo — order the catering, sequence a multi-leg rotation, handle the flight deck, coordinate the FBO, recover a service when the plan breaks.
Three consecutive days in session with Nicolas. No recordings, no self-paced modules, no “certificate” pretending to replace real operational judgement.
Five concrete things. Written as what you can do, not what you were shown.
- 01
A repositioned profile operators actually recognise
Your CV, LinkedIn and narrative rewritten in operator language — evidence of autonomy, discretion and judgement, not "VIP service".
- 02
A working understanding of catering sourcing and provisioning
Not plating theatre. The layer that decides whether a full meal on a 55-minute leg is even possible — sequence, sourcing, galley constraints, budgets.
- 03
The ability to handle a flight solo
No purser above you, no ground team behind you. Cabin flow, safety context, flight-deck relationship — the single-attendant reality of business aviation.
- 04
Interview answers built on operational reality
Practised on real operator questions. You know what they ask, what they listen for, and how to answer as someone who has already thought about it.
- 05
A clear placement roadmap
On Day 3 you leave with your operator shortlist, positioning plan and next steps — not a certificate, a direction.

The questions candidates actually ask.
Will this get me a job?+
Honest answer: no training guarantees placement. Gate 33 makes introductions where there is genuine fit, and the program exists because positioning — not experience — is what blocks most candidates. Placement depends on your positioning, timing and market fit. The training makes you a credible candidate; you still have to show up and apply.
I'm not cabin crew — is this for me?+
Yes. Operators also hire from luxury hotels, fine dining, private households and yachts. You already have the service instinct; the training gives you the aircraft-side operational reality. On the discovery call we look at exactly how to position your background.
Book a free discovery callWhy online and not in person?+
Because the training is fully live — three consecutive days, in session with your trainer — and delivered online means no flights, no hotel, no time off beyond the training days themselves. You get the same live delivery without adding travel cost to the fee.
What if the dates don't work?+
The program can be run one-to-one around a roster, or you can defer your seat to a later cohort free of charge — see the risk reversal below.
Can I pay in instalments?+
Yes — €600 in full, or up to 24× payments with PayPal at checkout. Same content, same live sessions.
Do you teach service and plating?+
Not as a technical class, no. Every operator has its own plating standard, and plating mastery takes months of live flying to acquire in operator context. It is also not what operators screen for. We cover it in the sense of standards and sequence — enough to hold your own in interview and on trial flights — but the training deliberately spends its time on the 80% of the job that is not service.
